超高层钢结构建筑圆管柱的制作技术探讨

随着钢结构的不断发展,钢结构在越来越多的领域得到了广泛的应用,其技术日益成熟.为了不断提高钢结构工程的制作技术,根据青岛开发区国际贸易中心钢结构的特点和设计要求,结合其制作过程中的加工工艺,介绍了超高层钢结构建筑主体——大型圆管柱在制作中的生产工艺和加工流程,重点阐述了圆管柱的制作、组装、焊接等方面的要点,提出了一些加工过程中的建议,对其他相同结构形式的钢结构建筑具有一定的借鉴作用.

Super High-Rise Building Tubular Steel Column Production Techniques

With the continuely development of steel structure,it is widely used in growing number of fields,and its technique becomes increasingly sophisticated.In order to summarize its production techniques and experiences.In accordance with the steel structure characteristics and design requirements of International Trade Center in Qingdao Development Zone,and in combination of the real processing technology of manufacture process,the manufacture technology and processing flow of ultra-tall steel structure main building/large tubular column are introduced in this paper,it focuses on the requirements of production,assembling,welding,and proposes experiences and advances in processing.It may provide useful reference for same steel structure.
