循环流化床锅炉灰渣对混凝土强度的影响

摘    要:以利废为目的,进行循环流化床锅炉灰渣对混凝土强度影响的研究.结果表明:单掺循环流化床锅炉炉渣对混凝土强度不利,且间接冷却炉渣对混凝土强度的影响小于直接冷却炉渣;双掺循环流化床锅炉灰渣可使混凝土强度得以改善,且随循环流化床锅炉灰渣掺量的增加,混凝土的强度总体仍呈下降趋势,掺量在25%以内变化的灰渣对混凝土抗折强度的影响明显小于对抗压强度的影响.

Abstract:For the purpose of utilization of waste, researches of the influence of fly ash and slag from circulating fluidized bed boiler on concrete strength have been taken. The results show that: The slag from single-doped circulating fluidized bed boiler have a negative effect on concrete strength, but the influence on concrete strength of the slag from indirect cooling boiler is less than the one from direct cooling boiler. The concrete strength can be improved by the fly ash and slag from double-doped circulating fluidized bed boiler, but with the increase of the ash content in circulating fluidized bed boiler, the overall strength of the concrete is still a downward trend, the influence of the fly ash and slag which content is less than 25% on the flexural strength of concrete is obviously smaller than the compressive strength.
