土楼，是福建省十大旅游品牌之一，是罕见的世界文化奇观．除了其旅游价值外，其他领域尚待开发．通过解读土楼的形成、发展和存在的原因，感受其特有的文化氛围，领悟现代设计对人文底蕴的传承，挖掘软实力资源的物化价值，并选择合适的切入点将地域文化资源开发成为可以创造价值的物品或形式，从而实现使其价值得到量化并创造产品的高附加值．

The Embodiment of Hakka Earth Modern Design View in Building Culture

Hakka Earth Building （Fujian Tulou）, one of Fujian Province＇s top ten famous tourist brands, is one of the world＇s rare cultural spectacles. However, besides its values as a tourist resort that have been exploited, we must further seek its values in other aspects. With the purpose of seeking these values, this thesis provides an analysis of the reasons why the Hakka Earth Buildings were built, developed and preserved, and makes an introduction to its unique cultural background. Based on the analysis and introduction, the thesis tries to discuss the inheritance of humanist essence in modern design, to explore the objectified value of soft power resources, and to find out how to choose an appropriate breakthrough in developing the local cultural resources into objects or forms that could create quantified high-added values.
