| 摘 要： | 阐述了项目成本控制的定义,从项目成本控制原则、控制措施、控制方法三方面进行了详细的论述,指出做好工程成本管理,将项目成本控制贯穿于项目施工的全过程,能够使企业在目前激烈的市场竞争中实现经济效益的最大化,有利于提高企业的整体竞争实力.

| Abstract: | The definition of the project cost control is described, and the principle of project cost control,the measure of project cost control and the way of project control are discussed in details in this paper. It points out that doing a good job in the project cost management and making project cost control throughout the entire process of construction are important to make the economic efficiency of enterprises maximum and to promote competitiveness of enterprises in today＇s severe market competition. |
