| 摘 要： | 介绍了国外石油公司在项目投资决策方面的做法，即项目管理重在投资决策管理，项目投资决策管理重在评价。比较了国内外石油公司的投资决策程序，认为我国石油公司在投资决策方面还存在一定的差距，应制定一套较完整、规范、科学的工作体系，以不断改进投资管理工作。

| Abstract: | The practice of project investment strategies in foreign oil companies are introduced, of which investment decision is emphasized in the project management, evaluation is emphasized in the decision management of project investment. The investment decision procedures in China's oil companies are compared with that of the foreign oil companies. It is considered that there exist certain shortcomings of investment strategy in China's oil companies, thus a set of complete, regulated and scientific working systems shall be established for further improving the investment management. |
