低温送风空调系统的风管得热与温升

摘    要:探讨了由于较低的送风温度使送风系统在风管温升、风管得热等方面发生的变化,并用公式计算了常规系统和低温送风系统的风管温升和风管得热.计算分析表明,在相同的保冷水平下,低温送风系统的风管温升大于常规系统(为常规系统的1.5倍以上),而低温送风系统的风管得热则近似等于常规系统(为常规系统的1.09倍左右).

Abstract:The changes of temperature rise and heat gain of the duct in the air supply system due to the lower air supply temperature are discussed. The temperature increase and heat gain of the duct in normal system and low temperature air supply system are calculated. It is pointed that at the same thickness of heat insulation, the temperature increase of the duct in low temperature system is more than that in the normal system and it will cause much fluctuation to the lower air supply temperature. But heat gain of the duct in the low temperature system is close to equal to that in the normal system.
