高压电机绕组电缆特性研究

摘    要:介绍了新型电缆绕组高压电机并分析了绕组电缆的结构及特性,为解决绕组电缆外半导电层局部温升过高的问题,首先利用ANSYS软件仿真分析外半导电层的电场和磁场耦合场,确定了温升与接地电流的关系,然后采用PowerSim软件研究了外半导电层电阻对系统的影响。研究表明,外半导电层的电阻、接地电阻分布是决定其温升的关键因素。最后综合其它条件给出了外半导电层的合理电阻范围。

Abstract:The new kind of high voltage motor and the characteristics of the winding cable are presented in this paper.In order to solve the temperature rising problem of the outer semi-conductive layer,the ANSYS FEA software is used to analyze the electric field and the temperature field of the outer semi-conductive layer.And the relationship between the temperature rising and the grounding current in the outer semi-conductive layer is analyzed.By using the electric simulation software Power Sim,the effect of the resistance of the outer semi-conductive layer on system is calculated.It shows that the grounding condition and the resistance of the outer semi-conductive layer are the key factors.Based on the computer calculation and simulation,the suitable resistance range of the outer semi-conductive layer is given.
