液压打桩锤大流量缓冲装置的建模与分析

摘    要:大流量缓冲装置对液压打桩锤延长使用寿命,提高环保性能等方面均有很大作用。在分析液压打桩锤使用的大流量缓冲装置的结构和工作原理的基础上,考虑温度影响,结合热力学和流体动力学理论建立了大流量缓冲装置的动态数学模型。采用Simulink对该模型进行了仿真分析,得到了阻尼孔直径,缓冲腔内径和溢流阀最高设定压力对缓冲装置的性能影响规律,给液压打桩锤大流量缓冲装置的设计和优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Dampers with large flow play significant role in prolonging lifespan and improving environmental performance of hydraulic piling hammer. Considering temperature change, combining with thermodynamic and hydrodynamic theory, a dynamic mathematical model is developed based on the structure and working principle of the damper for hydraulic piling hammer with large flow. Through simulation analysis for the model utilizing simulink, relationships between damper performance and orifice diameter, damper internal diameter and maximum set pressure of relief valve are obtained, which provides theoretical basis for design and optimization of the damper for hydraulic piling hammer with large flow.
