| Abstract: | The ERP(enterprise resource planning) at Zhujiang Steel Co.are implemented in three phases.In the first phase,an integration of the material flow,fund flow and information flow was accomplished,and the integration of production and marketing was realized in the second phase.The general thoughts and methods of implementing the ERP,and its application effects are presented;and the reason for a successful application of the ERP at Zhujiang Steel Co.is given in the paper. |
