| 摘 要： | 从用地结构与布局、用地开发强度以及开发模式三个方面，总结了国外高速铁路站点周边地区土地利用与开发的经验，并结合济南西客站片区的土地利用规划专项研究，就高铁站点周边的用地布局与结构、开发强度、土地开发推进模式等方面进行了探讨，以期为我国高铁站点周边地区的建设积累经验。
