| 摘 要： | SSR(Simple sequence repeat)标记是建立在PCR基础上的一种新型DNA分子标记.SSR数量丰富,信息含量高,呈共显性遗传,易于分析,所以它是进行甘蔗遗传研究的理想工具.本文就SSR标记在甘蔗遗传多样性分析、遗传连锁图谱构建、鉴定品种和分子标记辅助育种等方面的应用进行了综述.

| Abstract: | SSR (simple sequence repeat) is a new type of DNA molecular markers which is base on PCR. SSR are valuable as genetic markers because they are abundant, informative, co-dominant and easily assayed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). SSR is the better method to study sugarcane gentic breeding. SSR markers in such applications as genetic diversity, construction of genetic linkage map, variety identification, and molecule marker assistant breeding in sugarcane were summarized in the paper. |
