纳米碳管及其在聚合物中的应用

摘    要:综述了聚合物基纳米碳管复合材料的制备方法及增强型、耐热型、抗静电型和电磁屏蔽型纳米碳管/聚合物复合材料的性能和应用。纳米碳管作为填料加入到聚合物中,可改善聚合物的机械性能和耐热性能,也可赋予聚合物抗静电和电磁屏蔽等新性能。随着对纳米碳管研究的不断深入,其将在物理学、化学、材料学领域尤其在纳米电子器件和复合材料领域有很大的突破。

Abstract:This paper reviewed preparation methods of polymer-based carbon nano-tube composite materials and described properties and applications of several kinds of carbon nano-tube/polymer composites with characteristics of enhancing, heat resistance, antistatic and electromagnetic shielding. Adding carbon nano-tubes as filler into polymers could not only improve mechanical properties and thermal properties of the polymers but also endow the polymer with additional properties such as antistatic and electromagnetic shielding. With gradually deepening the study on carbon nano-tube, a series of significant breakthroughs would be bound to emerge in the fields of physics, chemistry and materials, especially in the fields of nano-electronic devices and composite materials.
