| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种自行设计的夏比冲击试验V形缺口试样送样卡具。在试验中采用该卡具可以对V形缺口试样进行准确对中,同时满足了GB/T 229—1994标准规定的送样时间要求,减小了试验误差。该卡具使用方便,操作简单,在西气东输二线钢管生产中得到了应用,效果良好。

| Abstract: | This article introduced a kind of self-designed V shape sample clamp for Sharpy impact test machine.Adopting this clamp,it can not only make V shape samples aim at the right line,but also meet sample deliver time required in standard of GB/T 229—1994,and decreased test error.This kind of clamp is convenient and easy operation in practice application,it was used in production of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project,and gained good effect. |
