摘    要:应用钼—苦杏仁酸—KClO_3—HClO_4的示波极谱催化波测定人发中痕量钼,并对用此催化波测定人发中钼的各种发样预处理方法进行了比较,选择了最合适的样品预处理方法。用本文所述方法测定人发痕量钼准确、灵敏、简便易行,适于测定大量样品以便于研究人体某些疾病与人发钼含量的关系。

Abstract:The determination of trace molybdenum in human hair by oscillopo-larographic catalytic wave of Mo(vl)-phenylhydroxyacetic acid-KClO_4-HClO_4 and the pretreated methods of human hair sample are described.This determination method of molybdenum in human hair is of accuracy, sensitivity and simplicity, and convenient to analyze a large number of samples in order to discover the relationship between some human diseases and the traces of molybdenum in hair.
