1-2-3 型摩擦制动复合材料的研究

摘    要:针对近年来摩擦制动材料的发展要求, 选用2 维的片状蛭石与1 维的Kevlar 纤维混杂作为增强体, 在配方及工艺研究的基础上, 成功地研制出1-2-3 型复合增强摩擦材料。其性能及机理研究表明: 此摩擦材料力学性能高, 摩擦性能稳定, 特别是高温磨损小, 是一种具有广阔发展前景的摩擦制动材料。

Abstract:According to the recent development trend and need of the frictional brake material, the 1 2 3 model brake fraction multi material has been made out by adjusting the recipe and techniques. The mixing of two dimensional flake material vermiculite and one dimensional Kevlar fiber is used as the reinforced bulk. The modified resin is used as the basal bulk. Tests manifest that the properties of mechanics are high, and friction factors are suitable and stable. Especially in high temperatures wear is low. It is an excellent friction brake material.
