摘    要:用白土和品质较差的柴油按一定质量比配制成废白土, 并对废白土中油分的回收效果进行研究。确定了废白土提纯的工艺条件为液固质量比为2∶1 , 搅拌温度为95 ℃, 搅拌时间为30 min 。并在此工艺条件下考察表面活性剂的选择及其复配类型。结果表明, 采用复合表面活性剂对油分进行回收时的回收效果要优于采用单一表面活性剂时的回收效果。同时确定了复合表面活性剂的类型及其组成的质量比, 当选用的阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的质量比为4∶1 时, 油分回收率可达到88 .82 %, 回收后的油分色泽浅, 品质好。

Abstract:Waste clay was prepared in proper mass ratio by fresh clay and poor quality diesel oil.The efficiency of the oil recovery from the waste clay was investigated.The recovery processing conditions of waste clay are as follows: the mass ratio of liquid and solid is 2∶1,stirring temperature is 95 ℃,and stirring time is 30 minutes.Under the above conditions,the survey of the surfactants and the surfactants' confected types was made.The results show that the oil recovery effects of the compound surfactants are better than that of the single surfactant.The compound surfactants types and the mass ratio of the compound surfactants were determined.When the mass ratio of the selected anionic surfactant and the selected nonionic surfactant is 4∶1,the oil recovery rate reaches 88.82%.Furthermore,the color and quality of the recovery oil is good.
