| Abstract: | This paper suggests integrating the idea of recycling economy into the urban planning policies. It argues that the idea can be carried out through urban spatial planning at macro, medium and micro level by corresponding to a series of statutory plans speci-fied in the Urban and Rural Planning Law. |
