纳米二氧化硅增强增韧环氧树脂的研究

摘    要:通过原位分散聚合法制得了环氧树脂 /纳米二氧化硅 ( nm Si O2 )复合材料。利用拉伸试验、冲击试验、扫描电镜、热重分析等方法研究了该复合材料的结构和性能。结果表明 nm Si O2 均匀地分散在环氧树脂基体中 ,有效地改善了环氧树脂的力学性能 ,并且材料的耐热性也有所提高。

Abstract:nm SiO 2/EP composites were prepared by in-situ dispersion polymerization. The structure and mechanical properties of the composites were studied by tensile tests, impact tests, SEM,TGA et al. The results indicated that nm SiO 2 were distributed in Epoxy resin matrix homogeneusly and the mechanical properties and thermostability of the composites were improved efficiently.
