摘    要:以吉林化工学院为例,论述代谢控制发酵课程教学大纲的修订、优化课程教学内容、改进教学方法、改革考核方式和加强教师自身素质为内容的教学改革,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高代谢控制发酵的教学质量。

Abstract:The teaching reform on the curriculum of Biological Metabolic Control Fermentation in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology is introduced in aspects of revising teaching program,optimizing course teaching content,improving teaching methods,reforming examination methods and enhancing teacher qualities.Students' ability to analyze the question and solve the problem is cultivated well and the teaching quality is improved.
