试论转型期我国养老保险制度创新问题

随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济体制的确立和发展,与计划经济相适应的传统养老保险制度的弊端日益暴露,成为经济发展的障碍。因此,改革养老保险制度,建立具有中国特色的养老保险制度已经势在必行。本文从我国养老保险制度的现实情况入手,分析转型期我国养老保险制度创新的必要性和可行性,并在此基础上就如何发展和完善我国的养老保险制度提出些许建议。

On the institutional innovation of the pension insurance system during China's Transitional Period

With China＇ s reform and opening-up,the socialist market economy has been gradually established and developed. Accordingly, shortcomings of the traditional pension insurance system that adapts to the planned economy are increasingly exposed as an obstacle to the economic development. Therefore, it is imperative to reform the existing pension insurance system and establish a new system with Chinese characteristics. This paper attempts to analyze the necessity and feasibility of reforming the present pension insurance system by studying the reality of the current situation. Then, several suggestions will be put forward so as to develop and improve our pension insurance system.
