跨临界CO2汽车空调微通道气体冷却器的设计开发

摘    要:基于平均温差法,调用REFPROP7.0确定超临界CO2剧烈变化的热物性,采用迭代方法对紧凑式微通道气体冷却器进行设计.选用近期发表的两个超临界CO2管内换热计算关联式进行设计计算,结果表明二者对气体冷却器的设计影响不大;CO2侧压降计算表明压降很小.文章阐述了有关试制工艺.

Abstract:A modified design calculation program was developed for gas coolers using the mean temperature difference method.Since the variable thermophysical properties of supercritical CO_2 significantly influence the convection heat transfer in tubes,the thermodynamic and transport properties of supercritical CO_2 used in the calculations were determined with REFPROP7.0.The two most recent published correlations for in-tube cooling were also used in the program.The results show no notable difference between the two correlations.The in-tube pressure drop predicted is also quite small.
