| 摘 要： | 从目前我国城市经济快速增长过程中土 地利用失控的现实入手,分析了中国城市在发展 过程中所选择的依托土地进行经济扩张的成因机 制,通过比较美国俄勒冈州土地利用与经济发展 的策略演变,提出建立科学发展观协调经济增长 与土地利用控制的辩证思路。

| Abstract: | WithBeijing,ShanghaiandGuangzhou as cases, this paper analyzes the correlation between city economic growth and land use. It finds that to a great extent the economicgrowth of Chinese cities is fueled by land expansion. By introducing theexperi- enceof Oregon, it proposes to balancethe economic growth and land use under the guidanceof scientific concept ofdevelopment. |
