摘    要:探讨影响加热炉热效率的因素,通过降低排烟温度,降低过剩空气系数,减少不完全燃烧损失和散热损失,进行设备改造和使用正确的操作等途径来提高加热炉热效率。

Abstract:The factors that have effect on the thermal efficency of tubular heater were discussed.By using the ways such as decreasing the exhaust gas temperature,decrasing the excess air coefficient,reducing the incomplete combustion consumption and heat loss,carring out equipment transformation,using correct operation,the thermal efficiency of tubular heater was improved.
