摘    要:分析了火电厂凝汽器管结垢的危害,除垢清洗的现状和方法;着重介绍了使用机器人进行在线清洗的新技术和2种形式机器人的简单结构,通过实例对使用这一技术进行可行性和经济性研究。

Abstract:Harms caused by scales deposited on condenser tubes of fossil fuel-fired power plant are described,together with an introduction to the status and ways of how such scales are currently removed.A new technology about on-line scale cleaning with robots is presented in detail,in which two types of robot structures are roughly introduced.Moreover,feasibility study and economic analysis of this technology are performed using actual examples.
