摘    要:根据上限原理,建立了一种适用于分析锥形凹模内挤压/拉拔过程的新的上限模型。该模型覆盖了速度间断面的母线为直线的所有情况。通过适当的数值计算方法和最优化方法,利用该模型可以揭示主要工艺参数对锥形凹模内挤压/拉拔过程的影响,并可考虑加工硬化及死区的形成。

Abstract:A new upper bound model is proposed for extrusion/drawing processes through conical die. The proposed model according to upper bound approach covers all of the situations in which the entry and exit boundaries of deformation zone are assumed to be conical. The influences of the process parameters on the extrusion/drawing processes through conical die are revealed by using the model through the proper numarical methods and minimization technique. The forming of the dead zone and work-hardening can be taken into consideration by the model presented in the paper.
