铝合金铸造用磷酸盐粘结剂砂的研究

摘    要:研究了适用于铝等低熔点金属或合金铸造用砂型或型芯粘结剂及硬化工艺,其铸型的特点是表层有较高的强度,而心部强度较低,从而满足型砂或芯砂良好的溃散性,有利于铸件清砂,该粘结剂与有机粘结剂相比,不仅溃散性好,而且没有污染.

Abstract:A new binder for making sand mold or core suitable for low melting point metal or alloy,such as aluminum alloy,and its hardening process were investigated.The sand mold or core with good collapsibility can be obtained due to having higher strength in surface layer and lower strength in hearted part,which is benefit for cleaning sand on components.The binder exhibits good collapsibility and pollution free behavior compared with organic binder.
