| Abstract: | This paper introduces the importance and the background of the TD-SCDMA network planning tools firstly. Then given the specific technical characters of TD-SCDMA system, we analyze some key points for the implementation of planning tools. Also the necessary outputs and their implications are provided. Finally, the possible evolution is suggested. |
