| 摘 要： | 在对白酒生产企业成品酒内在质量感观鉴评审批方式调研的基础上，提出运用无线计分器和智能统计软件来完成审批酒样信息的显示、尝评结果实时采集、智能统计处理和鉴评审批结果显示，以缩短鉴评审批结果统计时间、减小差错率，确保统计数据的科学性、公正性和严谨性。

| Abstract: | Base on the investigation of quality sensory evaluation methods of liquor products manufactured by liquor industry, the use of wireless and intelligent statistical software was proposed to complete the liquor information display, the real time acquisition of the taste results, intelligent statistics treatment and the examination result show, which will shorten the time of statistical analysis and appraisal, reduce the error rate and ensure the statistical data of the scientific, impartial and rigorous nature. |
