绥中36-1油田堵水稳油技术数值模拟研究及应用

摘    要:为了保证渤海绥中36-1油田的稳产,针对油田开发过程中暴露出注入水单层单向突进的矛盾,在注水井优化注水的基础上,采用数值模拟方法进行油井堵水效果研究。方案设计时考虑三种堵水方式:封堵防砂段、封堵高含水小层和层内堵水;考虑封堵三个不同含水级别的油层段:含水分别大于90%、80%、70%。油井堵水后减少无效水循环,提高注入水利用率,减少平台污水处理量,实现了节能减排,同时为中低含水井提液生产创造了产液空间。研究认为堵水越精细,限液生产造成的油量损失越少,且在一定程度上提高了油田采收率。现场试验结果表明高含水油井堵水后降水增油效果明显。

The Numerical simulation of oil stable production by water control of suizhong 36-1 oilfield and its application
Abstract:Bohai SuiZhong 36-1 oilfield stage I lost limited liquid 12 000 m3 /d in 2008-2009,this will affect the annual ac-cumulative oil production of 40×104 m3.In order to ensure the stable production and considering the contradiction of in-jected water single layer one way dash in the process of oil field development,numerical simulation has been applied on the watered plugging based on optimizing injection.Three water plugging design has been considered:plugging sand prevent section,plugging high water cut in small layers and layer insider plugging.The water level of different oil layer are more than 90%,80% and 70% respectively.Water plug-ging reduce the invalid injection,improve the injected water efficiency,reduce platform sewage,realized energy saving and emission reduction,and created fluid space in the mid and low water containing well production.The study shows that the more precise water plugging,the less oil loss caused of fluid extracting,which enhanced oil recovery to certain degree.Field test result shows obvious reducing water and in-creasing oil after the water plugging in high water containing well.
