摘    要:介绍某电厂200MW汽轮机组运行时高压胀差增大的处理措施。通过各项检查及试验,发现高压胀差增大的原因是高压缸夹层进汽管及高压缸温度测点引线法兰漏汽所致,并对此进行了相应的消缺处理。

Abstract:The remedial measures to eliminate differential expansion increment of highpressure cylinder for a 200 MW steam turbine unit in operation at one power plant have been presented. Through each item of inspection and test, it was found that the cause leading to differential expansion increment of the highpressure cylinder to be steam leakage of the admiting pipe for the highpressure cylinder's sandwich and of the leadingin flange for temperaturemeasuring point of the highpressure cylinder, and defects eliminating treatment has been carried out on the said basis.
