摘 要: | 半实物仿真试验测试系统以VxWorks实时操作平台为测控核心,详述了系统架构和软硬件组成.对伺服配套单元、试验控制中心等硬件模块及系统程序架构、软件信息流、实时数据采集软件、远程控制软件及终端软件等软件模块做了重点介绍.解决了运载型号仿真状态众多,仿真试验的高速实时性要求以及模拟火箭全程飞行状态等3个关键问题.试验表明,反射内存网络实时性良好,各控制输出和信号采集实现实时传输,系统软件运行稳定可靠,达到预期设计目的.

Design of Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation Measurement System Based on VxWorks Real-Time Operating Platform |

Abstract: | The carrier rocket flight simulation measurement system is proposed,VxWorks real-time operating system is taken as measurement and control core.Software/hardware components and system framework are expatiated.Servo equipment system,experimentation control center,system program framework,software information flow,real-time data sample,remote control,terminal software are introduced in detail.The three key technologies are many carrier rocket flight models,high speed real-time requirement,and entire flight simulation,are solved.The experiment indicates the good performance of reflected memory network,and real-time transmission of each control output and data acquisition,and the software running is stable and reliable.Conclusively,anticipative design intention is achieved. |
