摘    要:本文分析比较了测定收缩开裂的典型试验方法和装置,采用ANSYS6.1有限元计算了椭圆环约束开裂自动检测装置其干燥条件下内外边界应力分布,论述了该方法用于评价混凝土试件早期约束状态下由于干缩变形导致开裂的测试方法的合理性和可行性。提出了初始开裂时间(ICT)并结合混凝土的干缩、抗折强度、抗压强度等测试结果,综合评价混凝土在非荷载作用约束条件下及荷载作用下的抗裂性能。利用上述测试方法和评价体系,试验研究了辅助胶凝材料(SCM)对混凝土抗裂性能的影响。

Abstract:The traditional equipments,which were used to test concrete shrinkage cracking by ANSYS 6.1(finite element analysis tool),were analyzed;Then,the initial cracking time(ICT) of mortar specimen,concrete ultimate elongation,concrete shrinkage,concrete tensile strength were brought forward together to evaluate the cracking properties of concrete blending with three supplementary cementitious material(SCM).Such as concrete incorporating Fly ash (four levels of cement replacement: 0%,20%,35% and 50% by weight),Slag(four levels of cement replacement: 0%,25%,45% and 65% by weight),Silicate fume(three levels of cement replacement: 0%,8% and 15% by weight) and ternary supplementary cementitious material were investigated.
