稀土钼杂多配合物催化合成尿囊素的研究

摘    要:合成制备了稀土钼杂多配合物K11[Y(PMo11O39)2],并以之作为催化剂,双氧水为氧化剂,乙二醛和尿素为原料合成尿囊素。探讨研究了催化剂量、反应温度、反应时间及n(C2H2O2)∶n(H2O2)对尿囊素收率的影响。得到了适宜的合成条件为:n(C2H2O2)∶n(H2O2)=1.0∶1.1,氧化反应温度约为5℃~8℃,尿囊素生成温度约为75℃~80℃,反应时间7小时,在该条件下尿囊素的收率可达28.75%。

Abstract:The molybdoneodymium heteropoly compound K_(11)[Y(PMo_(11)O_(39))_2] was synthesized and used as catalyst in the synthesis of glyoxal by hydrogen peroxide and condensation of urea from allantoin . Effects of catalyst,temperature,time and n(C_2H_2O_2)n(H_2O_2) on the yield of allantoin were studied.The obtained optimal synthesizing conditions are as follows:n(C_2H_2O_2) n(H_2O_2)=1.01.1, temperature 58,7580 and reaction time (7h.) Under such conditions the yield of allantoin is 28.75%.
