改性膨润土对酸性靛蓝的吸附性能研究

摘    要:以广西宁明膨润土为原料,制备了酸化和铁柱撑两种改性膨润土,采用静态法研究了改性土对酸性靛蓝(AB74)染料的吸附性能。考察了吸附剂的投加量、吸附时间、温度和pH值等因素,对酸性靛蓝(AB74)染料吸附效果的影响,并研究了染料在改性土上的吸附平衡和吸附动力学过程。实验结果表明,酸化土和铁柱撑土对酸性靛蓝的最大吸附量分别为202.8mg/g和39.9mg/g。

Abstract:Two kinds of modifi ed bentonite Fe-pillared bentonite and acid-activated bentonite were prepared by the bentonite from Ningmin of Guangxi. The adsorption properties of Acid Blue 74 on modifi ed bentonite were studied by static adsorption method. The effect of adsorbent dosage,contact time,temperature and pH on adsorption was examined. The adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics were also investigated. Results indicated that the maximum adsorption capacities are 202.8 and 39.9 mg/g for H-bentonite and Fe-pillared bentonite respectively.
