酶浴中助剂对等离子体处理棉织物润湿性的影响

摘    要:研究等离子体处理及未处理的棉织物在不同助剂的存在下,用生物酶精练后润湿性的变化。结果表明,等离子体处理能显著提高生物酶精练棉织物的毛效和吸湿率;而且在生物酶精练浴中添加适量的助剂,如1g/L CaCl2或2g/L过硫酸铵与2g/L葡萄糖复配的氧化还原体系助剂,棉织物的润湿性将进一步得到改善。

Abstract:The cotton fabric before and after plasma treatment was bio-scoured by the enzyme, effects of different auxiliaries added to the enzyme bath on the hygroscopicity of cotton fabric were investigated. Results revealed that plasma treatment can obviously enhance the capillary effect and hygroscopic rate of enzyme scoured fabric. Hygroscopicity of the fabric can further be improved, if certain auxiliaries such as 1 g/L CaCl 2 or combination of 2 g/L (NH 4) 2 SO 4 and 2 g/L glucose, were added to the scouring bath.
