| 摘 要： | 对机械设计制造及自动化本科专业应用型人才培养方案进行了探索,从专业人才培养的知识、素质、能力结构的要求入手,按宽口径、厚基础、强能力、高素质、重个性的原则,以就业为导向,构建了地方高校机械设计制造及自动化本科专业的人才培养模式。
