| 摘 要： | 县级电子政务的建设对于我国电子政务的建设发展有较重要的作用,该文以我国西部的平昌县为例探讨县级电子政务的建设策略。首先引入电子政务的定义,再对我国县级电子政务的现状进行介绍,通过分析平昌县电子政务现状及目前存在的问题,提出平昌县电子政务建设的策略。

| Abstract: | County e-government has played an important role in the construction of e-government.This paper mainly discusses the E-government construction strategies of Pingchang county.First,this article outlines the definition of E-government and the present situation of county e-government in China.Then analyses the status of Pingchang county's E-government.Finally,the author gives some proposals for Pingchang county E-government. |
