基于PLC的过程控制实验装置液位模糊PID控制

摘    要:对模糊PID控制的结构、模糊PID控制器的设计及模糊PID控制的PLC实现进行了分析,并以PCT-II型过程控制系统实验装置为物理模拟对象,利用S7-300PLC实现了对液位的模糊PID控制。结果表明,用PLC实现的模糊PID控制器简单实用,系统的性能大为改善。

Abstract:The structure of fuzzy PID control and the fuzzy PID controller designing are analyzed in this article,so does the PLC implementation of fuzzy PID.Taking type PCT-II process control system experimental device as a Mock Object,the Liquid level's fuzzy PID control is realized based on S7-300PLC.Results shows that the fuzzy controllers consist of PLC are both simple and practical,and the performance of system is improved.
