| 摘 要： | 该文是对资金少,条件差等因素下的创业劳动者,特别是下岗再就业人员及刚毕业的大学生创业人员,在不购买专业供销软件的情况下,运用Excel软件对小商品零售店的供销管理提供一种方法,实现销售管理智能化,即时有效地对采购、销售、库存等业务进行统一管理,从而节省宝贵的资金用于事业的其它发展。
