| Abstract: | With necessary considerations accorded the actual condition of the electric network in Harbin, the function and design principle established for the construction of regional electric network load prediction and management system are discussed the selection of system structural hardwares, network structure, system platform database, tod softwares, and the network communication function and the customers oriented software package, etc, were technically analysed and compared. |
