网带炉中渗碳气氛分布的研究

摘    要:通过测量网带炉内10个不同区段的主要炉气成分和碳势变化,研究了无马弗网带炉内的气氛分布规律,分析和探讨了各种因素对气氛分布的影响。结果表明,同带炉内气氛分布复杂,炉内气氛受渗剂、滴注口位置、滴注量、工件自身油气及淬火油烟的影响,用两点氧探头测量的碳势不能准确代表炉内的真实碳势分布情况。本研究为网带炉的改进设计以及碳势自动控制提供了依据。

Abstract:The carburizing atmosphere distribution in the mesh-belt furnace without muffle was studied by measuring the main compositions of furnace atmosphere and changes of carbon potential at ten different zones in the furnace,and the effects of different factors on the atmosphere distribution were investigated and discussed.The results show that the atmosphere distribution is so complicate and influenced by factors such as the carburizing agent,the instillation hole position,the instillation dose,the surface state of workpiece and the smog of quenching oil that the carbon potential measured by oxygen probes in two positions cannot accurately reflect the real situation.The results can provide useful data for improving design of the mesh-belt furnace and the automatic control of carbon potential.
