摘    要:大型商场中空调所消耗的电能是相当可观的,空调热负荷高峰出现时也是电负荷的高峰,对空调耗电量的控制就等于对总电量的控制.采用冰蓄冷系统空调,可以全部或部分转移制冷设备的运行时间,相当于把难以储存的电能实现了储存,这样就可以减小用户变配电设备的容量.减小制冷设备的容量,提高设备的利用率,节省一次投资费用,更重要的是改善了电网的峰谷负荷差,充分提高了电厂的效率,间接改善大气环境污染.随着国家电费政策向峰谷电价的倾斜,业主将会在运行费用上得到可观的实惠.

Abstract:The electricity consumed by air conditioners in large department stores is tremendous.When the thermal peak load of air conditioner happens, the electrical peak load also happens.The key factor for controlling the total electricity is to control the electricity consumed by airconditioners By adopting air conditioners controlled by an ice conserve cold system., the runningtime of the refrigeration apparatus can be changed totally or partly. In this way, the capacity ofelectricity distribution apparatus of a consumer and the capacity of refrigeration apparatus can bereduced and the utilization ration of the equipment can he improved. As a result, the investmentcan he saved for a time. It is more important to enhance the load difference between peak andvalley of electrified wire netting, to improve the efficiency of electric plant sufficiently, and tochange the environment pollution indirectly. By carrying out a national electricity fee chargeaccording to the peak and valley of electricity consumption, the proprietor will achieve theconsiderable benefits
