| Abstract: | This paper analyses the influence of the special ownership structure,which features the "domination of state owned share",on the corporate governance of Chinese listed companies, describes the necessity of improving the share ownership structure of Chinese listed companies, and puts forward some measures to optimize the ownership structure are suggested at last. |
