铁路车辆多级拟合线性油压减振器

摘    要:运用液压流体力学理论,对铁路车辆线性油压减振器的多级拟合原理和设计理论进行了研究,建立了其动态数学模型,提出采用动态模型法设计并开发了相应的计算机辅助设计和虚拟试验应用软件。动用以上设计理论和开发工具进行了算例设计,工程测试结果表明,算例减振器达到了预期良好的阻尼性能。

Abstract:In this paper,based on the hydraulic fluid mechanics theory, the multi-stage-fitting principle and design theory of linear oil damper for railway vehicles has been researched.The dynamic mathematical model is established,a design method by means of this model is proposed and the corresponding CAD and virtual testing software are also developed. At last, a model is developed by the design theory and developing tools introduced in this paper, experimental results show that the damper has gained fine damping characteristics as expected.
