摘    要:地下电力管线通道是电力输送的生命线,是电力企业非常宝贵的资源。采用计算机、图形、自动化、通信等技术手段对地下电力管线通道资源进行动态跟踪智能化管理,使电力通道的规划和建设合理化,管线资源的使用与管理规范化。对实现地下电力管线通道资源管理提出了初步设想和建议。

Ideas about implementation of tunnel resource management of the underground electric power pipelines in Shanghai

Abstract:The underground electric power pipeline is the lifeline of the electric power transmission and is also a very precious resource of the electric power industry. The dynamically followed intellectual management of the underground electric power pipeline tunnel resources can be carried out with the help of such techniques as computer technology, graph, automation and communication. Such kind of management can rationalize the planning and construcation of the electric power tunnel and also normalize the usage management of the pipeline resources. The preliminary ideas and also the suggestions concerning the implementation of the tunnel resources management of the underground electric power pipelines are also submitted.
