柴油机虚拟检修系统中的关键技术研究

摘    要:为了实现在虚拟环境下的柴油机检修和对柴油机检修人员的培训,采用虚拟样机技术与数据库技术相结合,开发了一款以柴油机检修手册为基础的检修系统。应用VC 6 0编程技术,开发了针对Pro/E输出的OBJ图形文件的后处理器。引入OpenGL图形接口,实现对柴油机三维模型的显示,通过提取存储在数据库中的装配信息最终实现虚拟装配。

Abstract:In order to inspect and repair diesel engine and train the repairmen in the virtual condition,we have developed an inspection and repair system based on diesel engine inspection and repair manual through applying virtual prototype and database technology.The OBJ files output from Pro/E are used to construct diesel engine's 3D model.Applying (VC_( )6.0),we have developed post processor for the OBJ files output from Pro/E.OpenGL graph interface is used to realize the display of diesel engine 3D model and the virtual assembly has been realized through extracting assembly data stored in database.
