Discussion on process conditions of porous fine denier POY

Advanced ring blowing technology is adopted on the premise of excellent raw materials provided by polyester.The effects of different melt temperature and pressure,length of windless zone,spinning temperature,ring blowing air pressure,oiling position,spinneret specification and spinning speed on the quality and properties of POY were discussed.Continuous optimization in the process can stably produce porous fine denier POY of different specifications,and the quality is stable,which is favored by downstream customers.
