摘    要:3D打印技术在近几年发展十分迅速,因其操作方法简单,制造速度快等优点,逐渐应用到各行各业.聚乳酸作为一种优良的可生物兼容可降解材料,因其成型温度和成型工艺良好,成为3D打印技术最常用的原材料之一.随着人们生活水平的提高,对于3D打印材料的要求也越来越高,这使得以聚乳酸为主的新型复合材料在近些年来发展迅速.聚乳酸与其他材料复合生成新型复合材料,可以弥补聚乳酸本身硬度低、导电性能差等缺点,通过熔融沉积成型技术,能够满足人们在不同领域的不同需求,使得3D打印的应用领域不断扩大,也使得以聚乳酸为主体的复合材料拥有巨大的发展前景.

Abstract:3D printing technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Because of its simple operation method and fast manufacturing speed, it is gradually applied to all walks of life. As an excellent biocompatible and degradable material, polylactic acid has become one of the most commonly used raw materials in 3D printing technology because of its good molding temperature and molding process. With the improvement of people's living standards, the requirements for 3D printing materials are becoming higher and higher, which makes the new composite materials based on polylactic acid develop rapidly in recent years. Polylactic acid and other materials are compounded to form new composite materials, which can make up for the shortcomings of polylactic acid itself, such as low hardness and poor conductivity. Through melt deposition molding technology, it can meet people's different needs in different fields, expand the application field of 3D printing, and make the composite materials with polylactic acid as the main body have great development prospects.
