氧化单元干燥机循环载气系统优化

摘    要:介绍干燥机循环载气的工作原理,从烟囱敲击器、洗涤塔喷淋酸、冷却循环溶剂、载气流量、风机电流、换热器效果等方面,分析了氧化单元干燥机循环载气的影响因素,并提出相应措施,进而对系统进行简单优化处理。

Abstract:This paper introduces the working principle of circulating carrier gas of dryer,analyzes the effects of circulating carrier gas of oxidation unit dryer from the aspects of chimney knocker,washing tower spraying acid,cooling circulating solvent,carrier gas flow,fan current and heat exchanger effect,and puts forward corresponding measures,so as to simply optimize the system.
