动力电池液冷系统管路设计及仿真分析

摘    要:动力电池性能受温度影响显著,温度过高或温差过大会缩短其循环寿命。设计了一种动力电池冷却系统,为确定最佳的冷却系统管路连接方式,基于Star CCM+软件,对不同管路连接方案的流场分布进行仿真计算,结果表明先串后并且进出口位置在中间的方案流量分配最均匀、压降最小,并通过热仿真验证方案可行。

Abstract:The performance of the power battery is significantly affected by temperature,too high temperature or temperature difference will shorten its cycle life.In this paper,we design a power battery cooling system,in order to determine the optimal cooling line connection mode,based on the Star CCM+software,the flow field simulation scheme of different series-parallel battery pack,the result shows that after the first string,and import and export of position in the middle of the program flow distribution is the most evenly,the minimum pressure drop,and is verified by thermal simulation scheme is feasible.
